You know Ferris sold this home framed (essentially not much further beyond what we see in the video here) for 25 million dollars. Crazy. They recently finally finished it. It’s all white lime stone. The place is a site to see. Literally looks like a 100 million dollar home. Right on Lake Ontario. Insane property.

This is Ferris’s personal home. What a gem. It’s like a luxury work or art for your home. Ferris’s homes are hands down the most elegant / stunning in Toronto in my opinion. They’re so classy and modern all at the same time. Just gorgeous.
